Come hungry and ready to #beBLUEandGOLD. The fall athletic season is kicking off with a Burger Bash and Fall Sports Kick-Off, and the whole community is invited.
Free burgers and meet the Bulldogs
Start the evening with complimentary burgers and chips, provided by the GHS Booster Club and Platte Valley Companies.
While you are enjoying dinner, you will have the chance to meet the Gering High School student-athletes representing all of the fall athletic teams.
Then, it is time for football
Stick around for the GHS Football Scrimmage at Gering Memorial Stadium.
It is a first look at the Bulldogs in action and a chance to cheer on the team before the regular season begins.
There is no traditional gate admission fee for the scrimmage. Instead, fans are asked to support the athletes by bringing Gatorade and/or bottled water. Donations will help keep the teams hydrated throughout the season.
